Children aged 12 and under can fly unaccompanied on Air India, but they must first fill in a particular form and provide flight details, the name of the person seeing them off at the airport, the person meeting them on their layover, and their arrival time. However, on Air India’s routes between Gulf countries and India, the age limit is 16. For domestic routes, unaccompanied minors are 5 to 12 years old. Moreover, Unaccompanied minors will only be accepted on flights operated by Air India.
