1. If you need to cancel or change your Vistara booking – it can be easily done within 24 hours without any extra cost. All cancellations and changes must be done within 24 hours of booking. (For example, if you booked on Monday, you would have until Tuesday midnight to make any changes or cancellations).
2. Cancellation and change can only be made by calling the Vistara Customer Service Centre. If you need to change your booking, the change fee will be waived off, but you’ll have to pay the fare difference.
