Singapore Airlines Refund Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your Singapore Airlines ticket for a refund if you have made your flight bookings from Singapore Airlines. 

If the airline ticket comes under the non-refundable ticket category, you will only get the refundable taxes back. The refunded amount will be reverted back to the credit/debit card.

• To get a refund, you need to cancel the flight ticket within the deadline period shown on it.   
• If you have purchased a ticket for a flight to or from the Australia you can cancel it without incurring any fees within 24 hours of making the reservation, but the reservation must have been made at least one week before the flight departs. You must notify your local Singapore Airlines office of your cancellation in order to receive a full refund.
