Itinerary

Our friendly representative will warmly welcome you at Cochin Airport or the Railway Station and escort you to your hotel/resort.

After a refreshing rest, embark on a tour of Cochin. Explore attractions such as the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church (India’s oldest European church), Santa Cruz Basilica, and a variety of shops offering antiques, fabrics, and jewellery.

In the evening, take in the picturesque Marine Drive before returning to your hotel. Enjoy an overnight stay in Cochin.

On the way to Munnar, marvel at the Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Explore the lush tea gardens and vast plantations that adorn the hillsides. The scenery is truly breathtaking, with clouds descending into the mountains providing a mesmerizing view.

After breakfast, proceed for Munnar sightseeing.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel/resort and proceed to Thekkady. Thekkady is India’s largest wildlife sanctuary and a dream destination for nature enthusiasts visiting Kerala.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel/resort. Begin your visit with a spice plantation tour, where you’ll see tea, coffee, pepper, and cardamom plantations. Later, embark on a thrilling boat ride on Periyar Lake, flowing through the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Here, you may encounter wildlife such as elephants, bison, sambar deer, and more.

In the evening, explore the local spice market for fresh spices. Enjoy an overnight stay in Thekkady.

Insight: Munnar to Thekkady distance is 98 km and will take around 3 hours.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Alappuzha, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the East’. Alappuzha is renowned for its backwaters, boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products, and coir products.

Check in to your hotel/houseboat and, for a quintessential backwater experience, consider a Shikara boat cruise. It’s the perfect way to soak in the serene backwaters of Alleppey.
