How to Reach Twin Waterfall From Panjim

The total distance from Panjim to Twin fall is approximately 76.1 km. It will take about 2 hours and 4 minutes to cover this distance. Therefore, it will be best to take any bus or a taxi to travel to the fall. Buses and taxis are considered as least expensive and are easily available. Other than this, you can also hire a rented car or drive your car. An auto-rickshaw option is also available, but the fares are not fixed.

Twin Waterfall Trek

Situated in the Northern Ghats, Shirshirem is the place from where your journey begins as you head towards the Virgin or Twin Waterfalls.

1. Shree Mangesh temple: The Mangeshi temple is a cultural, historical, and architectural temple all rolled into one. The view is just magnificent when the 7-story deepastambha is illuminated with lamps in the evening. It is more appealing because it is surrounded by lovely coconut palms, jackfruit and mango plantations, and paddy fields. This place is a must-visit to witness the magnificent work of art as well as the grandeur of worshipping.
2. Shree Shantadurga Mandir, Kavlem: Shri Shantadurga Temple is located in Ponda Taluka, Goa, near the foothills of the Kavlem hamlet. At the temple, a modest laterite mud shrine had been built. The mud shrine was transformed into a beautiful temple in 1730. The foundation stone was laid in 1730, but the temple was completed in 1738. It was refurbished in 1966. Shantadurga, the goddess who mediates Vishnu and Shiva, is honoured in this temple.
3. Colva Beach: Colva Beach is one of South Goa’s most popular beaches. Draws a large number of Indian visitors.
