I tried to do the web check in, I changed one seat and had an open amount to pay. For an unknown reason I am not able to pay the remaining amount with VISA card (I contacted VISA and they could not see any issue). Can I still pay at check in?

    1. shipra says:

      Hello Rudy,

We understand the frustration you encountered while attempting to complete the web check-in process for your AirAsia flight. Regarding your issue, we recommend you contact AirAsia’s customer service as soon as possible to explain the situation. The AirAsia staff will be better equipped to provide you with accurate information regarding this option. If the issue persists or you are unable to get a satisfactory response from AirAsia’s customer service, consider providing an alternative payment method, such as using a different credit card or contacting your bank for further assistance.
