Vistara Launches Direct Connectivity From Pune To Singapore & Back

Vistara, India’s full-service airline, has launched direct flights between Pune and Singapore. The Gurugram-headquartered company announced that it will offer 4x weekly flights on this route. Vistara CEO Vinod Kannan has expressed excitement about the newly established direct connection between Pune and Singapore, noting that there has been a strong demand for air travel between the two cities, particularly from corporate travellers. Prior to this, the two cities had not been directly linked.

An inaugural event was planned at the Pune Airport which was attended by aviation leaders and other dignitaries including the Consul General of the Republic of Singapore. The inaugural flight was virtually flagged off by Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. Vistara’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Vinon Kannan congratulated everyone on the new international route and state a few words. He told that team Vistara is extremely delighted to launch direct flights from Pune to Singapore and back from Singapore to Pune. He mentioned the rise in demand between the two cities, especially among business travellers. He assured that Vistara services will remain top-notch as usual and the customers are definitely going to enjoy travelling with India’s best airline.
